After the solemn entrance to the basilica of Santa Maria del Pi the neighbors, old neighbors and supporters carrying the Green Flag of the Feast Committee and with the musical accompaniment of the organ of the Basilica, the solemn sung mass is held at the main altar. The Green Flag is placed in a lateral of the presbytery next to the image of Sant Roc donated by the Feast Committee to the parish; both preside over the ceremony.
The service ends with the blessing of the Panellets of Sant Roc, which are distributed among the participants, the veneration of the relic of the saint -located in a silver reliquary deposited by the Feast Committee in the parrish- and the singing of "Joys" to praise Sant Roc.
